Hello Debaters,
We would like to announce that because this competition is not an open debate competition, we require you all to bring the official institutional jacket with you. All the debaters will be required to wear the institutional jacket in the opening ceremony of the competition.
In addition, we would like to remind you that all participants are not allowed to wear mini skirt nor
skinny-transparency dress. For the men participants, you should wear long trousers. You will not be allowed to wear sandals.
